These are part of our Guidelines & Policies.

Guidelines for a Safe Environment:

  • Please share ideas constructively and avoid making others feel unsafe or unwelcome due to personal biases.

Examples of Harassment include, but are not limited to:

  • Unwanted physical contact
  • Offensive gestures
  • Verbal abuse
  • Sexual advances
  • Derogatory remarks, jokes, or innuendos based on ethnicity, religion, skin colour, sexual orientation, age, ability, gender, body size, national origin, or income level.

Reporting Procedure:

  • We take all reports of harassment seriously. If you experience or witness any form of harassment, please notify a member of our staff immediately or from our Contact Us page.

Consequences:

  • Individuals found to engage in harassment may be subject to appropriate disciplinary measures, including legal action if warranted.
